History

In the language French-provençal it sounds "Ristourànt Valàddëss ëd Lënss" and is in the historical center of Ceres (Sèress), nice little city few kilometers far from Turin, "main town" of French-provençal valley of west Piemonte .

The restaurant works from 1905, age of foundation, and alwais owned by the same family. From ever appreciated for the cordiality and the kindness as well as for the celebrated cuisine and the really good cellar.

Between the many customers who in these last one hundred years have stayed and tasted our good dishes and have enjoyed the rest and the magic of ours valleys we have the plasure to remember; Guglielmo Marconi, Erminio Macario, Ettore Scola, Laura Antonelli.
